Use JellyPlayer TV on Android TV, Google TV or Fire TV, and the desktop apps on macOS or Windows. Offline downloads are a desktop feature. The original web player remains available as a browser alternative.

Install Downloader from your TV’s app store, enter install code 1244360, and allow Downloader to install the APK when prompted. Then open JellyPlayer on the TV to get a separate six-digit pairing code. Download the app at jellyplayer.net/tv, then pair it at jellyplayer.net/setup.

Download the Apple silicon .dmg, open it, and drag JellyPlayer to Applications. Requires macOS 12 or later; there is no Intel Mac build. Desktop 0.12.23 is signed and has passed Apple’s notarization. If installation is blocked, use Support rather than disabling system-wide protection.

Download the Windows x64 installer and run it. It is configured for a current-user installation and uses Microsoft Edge WebView2. OS code signing is not confirmed; Windows may show a security warning. Get help through Support if you are unsure. The updater’s .sig files do not prove Windows code signing or Apple notarization.

The legacy web player is available as a browser alternative, but is no longer actively updated. Browser playback depends on format support, HTTPS and your provider’s cross-origin permissions. Use TV or desktop for the recommended experience.

We use self-hosted Rybbit for general usage and download analytics, with a Usage analytics switch to turn it off. Native versions without this switch do not send usage analytics. Events exclude provider credentials, URLs and viewing titles. TV pairing and Support pages are not tracked. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected and how to opt out.

Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV on Android 7.0 / API 24+ are compatibility targets. Only a TCL Android TV has been personally tested. Other models and Fire TV devices are not yet verified; compatibility does not mean every device or stream will work.

Your phone encrypts the playlist details for your TV before sending them. The temporary relay holds only encrypted data, not public plaintext credentials. The session expires after 10 minutes and is removed when the TV collects it. Pairing transfers a playlist once; it is not cross-device sync.

Start at Support for reporting options and availability. The reporting form works without Telegram. For a reply, leave your email address or optionally a Telegram username; you can also send without a reply contact. A bot privately forwards the report and contact to staff, who can follow up using that contact. Basic diagnostics are optional and shown before you send. Never share passwords or playlist URLs.

No. JellyPlayer is free to use, but its application source code is private and it is not open source. Public download files are not a source-code release.
