JellyPlayer Desktop 0.12.23

Desktop 0.12.23 makes it easier to get help and fixes a confusing error when you use more than one playlist account.

Get help is now available in the sidebar and in the player’s error controls. It opens the support page, where you can review optional basic diagnostics before choosing whether to share them. Opening the page does not submit a report, and playlist credentials, stream addresses and viewing history are not included in the handoff.

An expired or unavailable account could leave an Xtream error above another account’s library, even while that other account played normally. Refresh errors now stay with the account that caused them. In Manage, each error appears on its own account card; a successful retry clears it.

The player’s Get help label also stays visible when the sidebar is collapsed.

Existing desktop users can use the update button when JellyPlayer offers 0.12.23, or download the new installer below. The macOS release is for Apple silicon, requires macOS 12 or later, and is signed and has passed Apple’s notarization. The Windows installer is for x64.
